Idafen Santana-Pérez

About me

Idafen Santana Pérez is a PhD Researcher at the Ontology Engineering Group. He received the MSc degree in Complex Software Systems in 2010 and the PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence in 2016, both at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. From 2011 to 2015, he held a FPU scholarship at the Artificial Intelligence Department of the Computer Science (2012).

He holds a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria(2008) awarded for the second best academic record.

WICUS Ontology

• Currently developing and mantaining the WICUS (Workflow Infrastructure Conservation Using Semantics) ontology network, which I developed as part of my thesis. The WICUS ontology network is a set of ontologies, designed to represent the information about the computational infrastructure involved on the execution of computational scientific experiments. AR2DTool

• Also developing and mantainig AR2DTool, a tool for generating Graphml and DOT diagrams from RDF files.
